About the role

We are seeking a Fill & Finish Technician who will play a key role on the structure of the company in Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, control and execute fill and finish stages.
Manage the agreed planning of the filling and finishing stages.
Detect and warn of situations that may endanger either the person or the product and propose solutions.
Perform environmental monitoring.
Interacting with other departments in order to achieve the objectives established.
Interact with suppliers.
Participate in the definition of validation steps and their execution.
Collaborate in the creation of documentation.
Participate in the department's requirements planning, both material and human resources.
Coordinate and participate in staff training.
Document completion and review.
Ensure that the process is executed according to SOP.

Requisitos

About you

University degree in health sciences (biology, pharmacy, biochemistry, biotechnology, chemical engineering or similar).
Master's or postgraduate degree in health sciences is desirable.
Experience in Fill and Finish.
Experience on execution of aseptic processes
Experience in visual inspection and secondary packaging of pharmaceutical products.
Experience in drug manufacturing.
NCF/GMP knowledge.
High/medium level of English, fluent in written and spoken English.
Organizational and planning skills.
Analytical skills.
Proactive and positive attitude to change and challenges.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Demonstrated passion for producing high-quality work.
