About the role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated MSAT (Manufacturing Science and Technology) Scientist to join our team. The MSAT Scientist will play a critical role in supporting the transfer of new processes and technologies from development to manufacturing, ensuring that our operations meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This position is essential for driving process improvements and providing technical expertise to enhance our manufacturing capabilities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the transfer of new biopharmaceutical processes from R&D to manufacturing, ensuring successful implementation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing, to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.
  • Conduct data analysis and process optimization studies to enhance product yield, quality, and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process descriptions, protocols, and reports.
  • Participate in investigations related to deviations and non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
  • Provide training and support to manufacturing staff on new processes and technologies.

Requisitos

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment, with a focus on MSAT or process development.
  • Strong understanding of bioprocessing techniques, including cell culture, purification, and analytical methods.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality systems in the biopharmaceutical industry.
