About the role

We are seeking a motivated Calibration & Qualification Technician to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing equipment, ensuring that all calibration and qualification processes are carried out efficiently and meet the required standards.

Key Tasks:

Manage equipment: receipt of equipment, inventory, labeling, technical datasheet writnig, calibration and qualification plan.
Perform the administrative management of external equipment services.
Coordinate the execution of qualification/calibration activities with other departments.
Manage qualification and calibration dcoumentation, ensuring compliance with industry regulation and standards.
Execute Viralgen equipment qualifications/calibrations.
Participate in the EQMS.

Key Working Relation:

This position is reported in the Engineering Area
Reports functionally to Calibration & Qualification Manager.
Manufacturing departments
Quality departments

Requisitos

Skills & Qualifications:

Education: high degree in automation nad industrial robotics or similar (required)
Experience: Previous experience of at least 3 years in calibration and qualification department (required)
Languages: Basic level of English to be able to perform the activities of the department (recommended).
GMP: knowledge of NCF/GMP or experience of working on a high regulated industry (recommended)
Organizational and planning skills: set goals and priorities when performing a task, agreeing on the action, deadlines, and resources to be used (recommended).
Strategic and improvement vision: encourage a culture of innovation and learning by contributing ideas and continuous improvements (recommended)
Achivement of results: direct all actions towards the expected goal (required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
