About the role

As a QC Biochemistry Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our processes and products comply with applicable quality standards and regulations. You will be a key player in analytical method developments, writing and executing validation protocols, as well as collaborating cross-functionally with different teams of the organization to optimize our processes and methods. Your technical expertise and critical thinking will be vital in driving continuous improvement and ensure operational excellence.

Key Tasks:

Contribute to the development of new analytical methods and protocols.
Develop and execute validation protocols for processes and equipment.
Perform data analysis and review to ensure compliance with specifications.
Analyze and interpret experimental data and present results to management.
Collaborate with other teams to optimize processes and solve technical problems.
Maintain accurate records of development and validation activities and ensure proper documentation.
Train other team members in development and validation practices and regulatory compliance.

Key Working Relation:

Reports functionally to QC Biochemistry Manager.
Quality departments.
Project Management and Business Development.
Operations (Manufacturing, R&D, MSAT).

Requisitos

Skills & Qualifications:

Degree in Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a laboratory environment, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge of biochemical methods and data analysis.

Exceptional attention to detail, reliability and ability to work in a regulated environment.

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
