About the role

We are seeking a motivated Contract Writer & Sales Support to join our Commercial Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for management of drafting contracts for our external accounts and on-site support during client visits.

Key Tasks:

Collaborate with the commercial team to understand client needs and concerns in contractual matters.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Legal, R&D, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Affairs, to gather information and insights necessary for contract development.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all contracts and related documents.
Develop and implement processes to streamline contract management and enhance efficiency.
Create and maintain a library of standard contract templates to streamline the contract drafting process.
Maintain positive and professional relationships with stakeholders.
Provide administrative support for BD and PM team related to client visits. Help with organization leading up to the visit and on-site support during visits.

Key Working Relation:

This position is reported to Commercial Operations area

Requisitos

Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor degree in Biology, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business or similar.
Experience: Previous experience of at least 2 years in business development or contract writing. Technical experience and knowledge of AAV manufacturing is preferred.
Languages: English fluency required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
