Main responsibility

Ensure that the different operational activities that are carried out in a timely manner and in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and Applicable Guidelines.
Support process optimizations implemented in the facilities, services, and equipment according to the data and recommendations of the scientific/production team.
Collaborate in achieving the production objectives set by the company in a timely manner.
Manage buffer preparation for manufacturing processes.
Manage the cleaning materials and activities.
Manage the necessary clothing of company needs.
Ensure that the different production areas have the necessary primary materials for the realization of the production.
Manage a team to support the different production rooms, preparing and sterilizing material.
Oversee the performance of filter testing.
Oversee the fractioning required for the different productions.
Execute the planning stages, as part of the production process.
Assess, communicate, and mitigate key manufacturing risks and/or operational hurdles.

Requisitos

Bachelor’s degree in biotechnology, biology, biomedical engineering, or similar.
Previous experience of at least 2 years in biotech industry.
Set goals and priorities when performing a task, agreeing on the action, deadlines, and resources to be used.
Encourage a culture of innovation and learning by contributing ideas and continuous improvements.
