We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Commercial Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting needs across Business Development, Marketing and Project Management teams.

 

Key Tasks:

  • Collaborate with the commercial team and provide local support for on-site meetings.
  • Help with organization leading up to the visit and assist during visits.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Quality, Manufacturing, MSAT, BD, Finance, Legal, People Management) to ensure smooth execution of commercial workflows.
  • Help ensure accuracy in customer data, costing inputs, commercial assumptions, and margin analysis.
  • Develop and implement processes to streamline contract management and enhance efficiency.
  • Create and maintain a library of standard contract templates to streamline the contract drafting process.
  • Provide administrative support for Business Development, Marketing and Project Management teams.
  • Assist with digital marketing efforts and providing aid on marketing campaigns and lead management.
  • Maintain positive and professional relationships with stakeholders.

 

Key Working Relation:

  • This position is reported to Commercial Operations area

Requisitos

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor degree in Biology, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business or similar.
  • Experience: Previous experience of at least 2 years in business development or contract writing. Technical experience and knowledge of AAV manufacturing is preferred.
  • Languages: English fluency required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
